Natural Rubber is a versatile component in manufacturing medical devices, footwear, consumer products
and complex automotive parts (Yin et al. 2025). The industrial significance of this material is most evident
in the transportation sector where tire production continues to dominate the market, consistently
accounting for approximately 75% of the world’s annual natural rubber consumption (Ramli and Yusof
2023)

PRESENTATION GUIDE TO THE AUTHORS
- The presentations are to be delivered in English.
- Each presentation will be 15 minutes long.
- Please, send your PowerPoint presentation to the email (irrdb_2026@rrin.com
or irrdb_loc@rrin.com), compliant with MS Word 1997-2003 - The oral presentations have to be presented in pptx format.
- The available equipment will be a PC, a projector, a basic laser pointer and microphones.
The PC will have sound to facilitate the use of DVD clips or videos. - Speakers MUST upload their presentation to the session PC (alternatively, the slides could be
passed to the respective technical committee stationed at the register counter) and report to
the session chair 5-15 minutes before the start of the session. - All presenters will be introduced to the audience by the session chair.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER SESSION AUTHORS
A poster presentation combines a visual display on a poster board of the highlights of research with a question-and-answer opportunity. The poster will be available for viewing by participants during all hours of the conference. All participants are encouraged to visit the posters during breaks.
Authors are expected to be at their poster during the viewing session.
- Time limit: Poster presentation must be within a maximum of 5-8 minutes only.
- Posters should be displayed in portrait style . The maximum size of your poster should be a
standard A1:
Measure in millimeters: 841mm (height) by 594mm (width) - All posters should include title, name of authors, institution, city and country. Posters should be
printed and brought by each author to the conference. - The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
- Posters will be listed by session in the Conference Programme and Proceedings.
- We will provide materials for attaching posters. However, you can bring your own if you prefer.
