We cordially invite researchers, planters, processors, manufacturers, policymakers, and civil society
representatives from all member countries to participate and present papers or posters. The conference serves as a platform to
explore novel technologies and solutions for natural rubber sustainability, innovation, value addition, and global competitiveness.
Host and Destination
The conference will be hosted by the Rubber Research Institute of Nigeria (RRIN) in Benin City—a historic
tourism hub renowned for its royal heritage, vibrant culture, and world-famous bronze casting and wood carving. Visitors can
experience rich cultural history and ecotourism sites rooted in the legacy of the ancient Benin Kingdom.

VISA INFORMATION
Nationalities requiring entry visa can obtain it either at: The Nigerian embassy / consulate at their respective countries; or through e-visa ( via website: https://evisa.immigration. gov.ng/ ).
AIRPORT PICKUP & LOCAL TRANSPORT
Members of the Organizing Committee shall meet the participants upon arrival at the Benin Airport, and convey them to their respective hotels. Hotel pickup for return flights shall be arranged for the participants.

The average temperatures in October would be between 23.0°C and 30.0°C. The average amount of rain observed during October in Nigeria is around 230mm - 280mm.
